Very disappointed in the men working tonight in photo. older man Latino man with classes, younger Latino man in blue shirt. Not helpful at all, watched me struggle with photos. They would not accept my drop off, it was an unopened office chair still disassembled in box, Said to go to a different location.
January 13th 2026, I'm not sure who the man was working at FedEx is but he is one of the best customer service FedEx worker that I have ever ran into. I wish I asked him for his name so I can put a review about him. Very respectful and very helpful. Thank you for your help
