Well after trying to call FedEx for just to have a normal shipping question about a over size package. Just trying to get a representative and having trying to deal with their automated service. Truly left me wanting to take a gun to my head. And what cracks me up is them saying this call my be recorded for quality. if they would actually do that they would feel like blowing their brains out too. I am serious it's that bad. I tried for 30 minutes then gave up . You think I am kidding go try it out your self
I don't know if they're understaffed but they never have anyone at the counter. I have to wait around for a while before being addressed.

Very disappointed in the men working tonight in photo. older man Latino man with classes, younger Latino man in blue shirt. Not helpful at all, watched me struggle with photos. Let me do it all by myself for 30 to 45 minutes. None of them will help. The one guy pretended like he didn’t know that you can print out papers. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
