Dropped off an overnight package on April 18th and the company I was shipping to still hasn't received as of April 25th. I called customer service but because I wasn't given a tracking number or door tag they can't help me.
Fedex at this location will not pick up your package until 6 pm during the week even if you are paying for an express delivery. If you have an urgency to submit your package don't leave it at this location.
