Won't actually take things they just told us our box which was like 8 x 12 x 20 ish was too big
Basically a drop site. Tried coming here to ship a package but wouldn't take it unless I already had a label or a QR code.
Scheduled a pick-up and the driver walked to the door and left the packages, but marked them picked up in the system. Called the corporate office and they said that is bad business. Be careful of this office reporting your packages improperly.
