You're awesome
Just save yourself time and headache and drive to a different location. Never a good experience. Came to drop off two packages for fedex, was allowed to drop off only one “because they don’t have space” And apparently they have limitations on size of packages - not noted anywhere online. Had issues with pharmacy prior to this. Overall a mismanaged store, save time go elsewhere.
