Looked up this location to see the hours and was surprised about the “reviews”. Used this location once for pickup and a few times to drop off, as I did today. Had printed the label at home. Quick, easy and convenient location.
Probably one of the worst and weirdest customer service experiences I've had in ages. Just wanted to return something and the two employees were not in the mood to troubleshoot anything. Their system wasn't able to recognize the code I had created through their FedEx website. At first they told me they couldn't do anything and walked away. Then they said they could try the number code on the label. Actually, a pretty convenient drop-off spot! Not as scary as mentioned in the reviews lol The staff at Walgreens are nice. They’ll scan the barcode, then you need to enter your phone number, and that's it. Be sure to pack the package before going there
