Very difficult online phone menu I simply needed to ask a question from a live agent was hassled with a taped recording that was picking choices I never even selected; there is no option to speak to a human being right off the bat if you have a question about notary service.
No cybercafe option like other FedEx has. So can't sit-down in front of a computer to get some basic service
I learned today that Walgreens is also a FedEx shipping place. Strange that there is no sign outside. Not even a FedEx sticker or decal on the glass! Seems to be a best kept secret of FedEx. They should get a large decal out to all those stores.
