Sorry to say but I call it Fed-up! If there was one leg on a star possible that's what I would give them! They don't bother to check for your address they throw your boxes out whatever willy-nilly they decide should be or they return it and say you need to come and pick it up... Im Fed-up!
The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. The entire process took 5 minutes, I gave her my package, she scanned it, sent me the tracking via text and was done. I would recommend this location for Fed Ex package drop off.
