I’m giving you 5 stars cause I don’t want to mess up your review your a great business, but your phone system is not user-friendly whatsoever. I couldn’t get the information I needed and I couldn’t get it to get to a representative.
Bad number, can't reach someone to ask some simple questions without a tracking number. They should have a local number instead of the national 800 FedEx number/IVR that has limited intelligence to route non-tracking number calls.
They only accept "small parcels". Don't waste your time if the package is any larger than an envelope.....the walgreens associates that handle fedex drop offs couldn't explain their size limitations when asked.
