They let me know the package was delivered and a picture where they left it. That was perfect thank you.
Lack of a better term they just suck. The one guy took care of me a few weeks ago no problem. The next guy tells me I have to pay for an envelope that I didn't have to pay for before and that I have to tape it up? I will never come to this site again nor any walgreens.
Delivery driver tossed my package on the ground instead of setting it down gently like a normal person. Got the whole thing on video on my ring doorbell. Such an unacceptable and unprofessional way to handle someone’s package which very well could be fragile. This is not my first issue with fedex delivery. Earlier this year they delivered a $1000+ mattress to the wrong address. Clearly they’re careless with packages.
