FedEx Arcadia deliveries are never on time. Or even on promised day. I was sent a package with a required signature and given a delivery day and timeframe by FedEz. It didn’t arrive by the promised time and date. I’m still waiting for it. Unbelievably poor customer service.
I love FedEx!!! They always keep their promises to deliver on time and communicating with me when their late, great during covid lock down. Thank you Stay Away from USPS!!!
Do not come here for FedEx or Passport services. They do not take digital photos to print and their scanner for fedex never works**. **prob works tbh
Unable to speak to a representative/store employee. Only a useless piece of garbage recording. I need information about a product i am looking for. A recording can’t help. A live person can. I hate recording if it cannot transfer me to a live person. Sooo impersonal. I am not a machine or robot. I am a human being.
