Went to access FedEx shipping through here, had never done it and the lady said she'd help me. I paid and it was sent....right back to me. Went back in and she assured me it'd be sent this time....it returned again. So did I. She was the one who input the address on her computer and it was incomplete, yet she blamed me. No apologies, no customer service, just push it onto the customer. We called FedEx, I asked for a refund and now I have to go somewhere else to send it.
