So maybe unfair to FedEx since my review is really about the terrible customer service at the FedEx kiosk at the Milton Washington Walgreens but they are partners after all. Absolutely useless employees. All caught up in their personal problems without a hint of professionalism. Something as simple as a prepaid package label drop off was to much to handle for three employees. I left there and drove to another location. That transaction was completed in about a minute. After driving to my third FedEx location, this one won’t assist you unless you have a label printed and ready to go. Don’t use FedEx. They’re awful. They changed their hours across locations and don’t update their online profiles like Google, and they really could care less about customer service. I’ll go to the UPS Store from now on.
Depending on your need for services, I had no problem with this location and was fortunate to find that this is also a post office. If your package fits in the drop off inside, you can ship! There is also an external drop off drive through for eligible shipping packages. Thank you!
