Rude, bad staff with incorrect and false information . I had a hold on the package at their location and when I went to pick up my package they are denying saying they don’t have it even though the website says it’s at the location. The guy wasn’t even talking properly and was rude. Don’t recommend them ever

Please update location on Google. Address takes you to a Walgreens. Very frustrating.

Never dreamed a FedEx employee would give me the finger… Today I was walking down my driveway to go check the mailbox when a FedEx employee pulled up and began unloading several big boxes. Based on the location of the truck I smiled and said “are those for me or…?” and gestured toward my neighbor’s house. He pointed at my house and nodded and said “here.” I continued to my mailbox by the curb and then began walking back towards the house.
