Quick and easy drop off. Item made it to destination on time.
I had an important package shipped here for pickup. They held it for 7 hours and then sent it back to FedEx because it was “there too long” according to the Duane Reade employee. No accountability from the employee. He said it was my fault...I needed to pick it up before 6 pm on the day it arrived, 7pm was too late. They’re supposed to hold it for five days in reality. Went back the next day and the manager was kind and said she’d take care of it and speak to the employee, but I would never ship a package here again.
