Great customer service and easy to pick up and drop off
Worst company out there.You can never talk to anybody ever. I believe. In given all companies , the Benefit of the doubt and I can tell you My advice is to go with you , united states postal service Or a damn camel. Anything is thing is better than federal Express. I'm so frustrated because I could never talk to anybody and I really needed to.
They are always friendly, helpful and don't waste your time
No good rude and over priced. Better off using usps for 1 10th the cost
