I've been (trying) to receive a recurring weekly package delivery from this specific FEDEX location for over almost two months now. Out of the last six weekly packages I've only received the package twice on the promised day of delivery. Twice it's arrived 5+ days late resulting in the food being thrown away. Once I got the picture of location closed (which was a lie) I was home all day and no one attempted to deliver. The little rock location will also delay your damn package for the dumbest reasons none of their drivers are fit to handle customers package or even deliver them I don't know how these people still have a running business the lack of commonsense is CRAZY.
If i could give 0 stars i would. Any packages that come out of this center don't get delivered to the right address then you can't get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. The workers do not do their jobs! I'd stay away of fedex
They are terrible. My past couple of packages have been delivered to the wrong address. There's no excuse with Google maps and today's technology. Never have a problem with Amazon or UPS.
