I visited the Fed Ex at this site a few days ago, Sunday Oct 13th at approximately 10pm. Google's update stated site was open until 11:59pm. I went and all i saw was a rat scurrying across Duane Reade floor. The Door to pharmacy was locked, but the shuttered weren't. I spoke to Fed Ex representative who said would have site updated; it is still saying open when its not. Waste of customers valuable time.
The service here was pretty awful. There was no one around to help, and you can see from the pictures how poorly they maintain the place. The staff didn’t seem rude, but it was obvious they didn’t want to be there or help. I asked for someone to assist with sending a package, and they just said, ‘no one can help you,’ and walked off. Honestly, the problem isn’t really the employees—it’s the manager who needs to go if there’s any.
