Can't fault them, apparently they do not get cooled FedEx trucks to this location. Therefore anything with batteries cannot be shipped from here. Go to Aggieville location.
Thank you so much for shipping an expensive brand new cell phone in an oversized box (I was not allowed to use my own packaging) and no form of protection whatsoever! You’d think paying 170 usd for shipping you would expect the bare minimum.. even after declaring how expensive the package was and the employee asking if I wanted insurance on it because of how expensive it was.. the guy working was so miserable and rude it was depressing.
