Package lost, went in 3x times to pick-up and they say its not there. So far, its been 24 hrs since I submitted a claim to FedEx and have not heard back. Called the store but the person who answered said I can come drop off my package, explained they lost my package, and was told again I can come in and drop off package. How am I supposed to resolve this when FedEx hides behind electronic communication forms and the person at the store only knows how to say yes come drop off your package.
