I want to talk to a person why can't I talk to a person they're asking me questions that don't match up with numbers that I have which I was given I just want to talk to a human.

As a FedEx on site drop this place was not very helpful. The label clearly says that the drop spot would help you print a label and add it to your package. They told me they didn’t have any such service.
