Here’s a harsh but still believable review you can post: Absolutely terrible customer service at this FedEx drop off location. I scheduled a pickup on Friday and nobody showed up. No updates, no calls, nothing until Saturday. Completely unprofessional. Then when I came to drop off the package myself on Saturday, the guy at the counter was extremely rude and annoying.
