Horrible customer service. Got my package wrong, then wondered why I was asking to come pick up. Told me to call the source company, they told me to call back and that they couldn't do anything.
Lies. Not onsite. Cant achieve anything here besides pick up and drop off
Terrible customer service, I asked the guy working behind the cashier if they accept big sized boxes and let him scan the barcode to check and see. He said it was fine and i even saw couple of them at the back. When I bought my drop off boxes in the store, he then start looking for the size limit and had no idea who checked in those boxes behind him and refused to take mine. Waisted my time and and energy for no reason. So I had to carry those heavy boxes back to my car. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Come to fill Rx at 1:40 and pharmacy is closed. No signage indicating closure for lunch or when ACTUAL pharmacy will reopen
