I went there to get 10 photocopies of a donation form for an upcoming fundraiser. I was waiting as this lady was working trying to clear a paper jam in the copy machine. Eventually she got over to assist me with scanning the document, then she went to the copy machine and I went off to find a pen. I returned to the FedEx office area and more waiting then they discovered that the copy machine was off, and neither employee knew how to get it working. They shrugged their shoulders and so I left after a half hour of wasted time.
Very bad experience with this location. System doesn’t work properly and wasted time.
Very incompetent hard to understand , not able to give an answer , UPS is the best
