They don’t accept all sizes of packages was returning a canopy and they denied it states they have a small closet so can not accept bit packages.. they should probably put that somewhere in the website instead of having people waste time
I wish FedEx would have more ink or check the in on the self serve drop off machine. The scanner ink was a little faint. Other than that, the gentleman that was loading his FedEx truck was extremely helpful! More than the two servicing the counter.
This needs to be changed to just a drop off, not an on site. I went there to send something out and they couldn't help me unless I had already processed it. Wasted my time going there, if I had know then I never would have gone. Plus they had me waiting for 10 minutes until a staff member came to tell me this.
