I was mailing out a very heavy package that needed to be sent back yo a company because it was incorrect. They were wonderful at FedEx. I had to purchase the packaging tape for $7.79 but the staff behind the counter were all wonderful and helped me seal up the box and get the label on. They made sure to give me my receipt for tracking also. Would highly recommend
Do not use this FedEx drop off at this store!!! I just had the worst experience over Christmas and they do not disclose to you that they are NOT INSURED at all!!! if your item is lost or stolen or was never put in the system LIKE MINE -you are screwed!!. I dropped off a pair of Steve Madden $400 boots to be credited on my account due to them sending the wrong size from the company. Steve Madden created the shipping label securely taped on the box.
