Service on site was excellent but I am experiencing a very bad experience with FedEx shipping. I shipped Christmas gifts on December 13th and was scheduled to be delivered on December 18th. Today is December 23rd and package still not delivered. In the tracking it's saying they will update me when a deliver date becomes available!
