They accepted the package and did not ship it off. The worker there is very nice and I appreciate her help. But the FedEx part of them is horrible because my package was suppose to ship overnight on Friday and I received no email or receipt for the order. The following Monday I went to retrieve the package and it was still on the same place they left it. Just use another FedEx site as another site said to make sure it is FedEx office.
Do not visit unless you have a package ready to go. No supplies including tape. Also couldn't give me an alternative location to assist. I'm not from area, assistance was very poor
I took package to your Safeway location and they did not accept it.
Worst FedEx location. It's in the Safeway but don't bother. After waiting in line for no less than 20min and numerous calls over PA to customer service with no one responding (there was only one employee at the desk) I asked if they had a small piece of tape to additionally seal my package. The clerk said "we have no supplies". There was a roll of tape right in front of her. Then I asked for a receipt and was told "we don't give receipts". I said "no thanks" and went to leave.
