Staff was especially nice and helpful! You can buy shipping supplies there if needed.
I needed to speak to a human being at this location. However, when I called, the only option was to talk to to the national number’s “virtual assistant.” The AI would not allow me to speak to a real human being, nationally or locally and hung up on me! By contrast I was able to speak immediately with a local human being at one of their competitors. Guess where I’m taking my business instead!
The entire staff was pleasant. The employee helping me was in the process of training another, not only was she competent, she was patient with the new hire and cordial.
