Terrible service. Not sure why fedex is using this unprofessional facility. They don’t even know what package has arrived. No accountability. Mailrooms of apartment complexes are better managed than this mess. Please avoid.
If you need to ship a package make sure you have your FedEx label printed before you come. WE DO NOT PRINT FEDEX LABELS
There is no FedEx here. Maybe you are supposed to go to the guest services, but they were closed at 5:30 PM on Tuesday so I don't know. There is no FedEx sign or any other indication of anything FedEx here.
Worse than useless. Took weeks for my package to arrive here, then 20 minutes after I get an email to pick it up, they loaded it back on a truck to be returned. Wasted my time and couldn't care less about it
