Package has been late for two days straight and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to try to get an idea of when I will get it plus they are only updating the tracker after it’s too late to do anything about it being late or pick it up from a store location
If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! I paid 39.95 for a package mailed to my son on June 2, 2025, and he was supposed to receive it on June 4, 2025, and never received it. A lady from FedEx called my son to update his mailing address and was told he would receive it on June 6, 2025. We'll, I received an updated email from FedEx stating that the package was out for delivery and he would receive it by 8pm. Again, it didn't happen. My bank alerted me that FedEx had deducted another 39.95, and for what!! I called and spoke with... read more
