What’s the problem with helping a customer on the spot? What’s the problem with doing your job that you’re being paid for? The service is terrible.
Terrible service. There hasn’t been a single time when my package was delivered without issues. They constantly delay shipments, fail to deliver them, and I have to call over and over again just to find out where my package is. In the end, everything gets sent back. I’m not talking exactly about this location, I mean general FedEx!!!!
