Bad customer service. Guy clocks out and is on a personal call and asks me to wait. After he is done he explains he clocks out and rings the bell for someone else to help me out and takes off. He could have done that from the start without having me wait even longer. It took a while for someone to come and help.
A highly approachable and proactive staff member, always eager to assist with any issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a seamless experience.
Horrible customer service, if you don’t have the label print they don’t do it, can’t ship it.
