Would put 0 stars if that could be possible. I don't know what AI you used for your service, but it's stupid, not answering requests and VERY RUDE. I wanted to use your delivery service but done with you and never back to this stupid, absolutely not making sense AI robot . This machine didn't let me chance to talk to human and explain what can I do with my delivery question. Disgusting. Very low AI customer service.

Brought the package with a qr code. The instructions said show the QR code and the guy wouldn't scan it. He told me I had to print it myself, despite the instructions saying that it wasn't nessessary. This guy who runs the wireless wave knows nothing about customer service and doesn't realize this reflects badly on his code business. One thing i know is that owners that are cheap with their customers cut corners everywhere. No thanks. Won't go here for fed ex or any mobile needs. Very short sighted
