All I can say is don't call them about a complaint about there drivers the lady on the other end asked me for evidence like pictures or something like I'm going to take pictures when there's snow on the ground ice on the ground other truck driver cutting me off she wanted some tracking number when I said many times that I'm not a customer I'm complaining about their truck driver cutting me off when there's ice on the road and snow on the ground makes you wonder about incompetence in the whole business
This is only at drop-off at the Safeway customer service counter. They don't have the ability to print up a receipt or anything. They will send your phone a text, if you want, that you dropped a FedEx at their location. But nothing with specifics. So there is no record if you need one.

They couldn't accept a package with a pre-paid label due to hand held scanner trouble.
