Nobody is ever at the countertop, you have to wait over 10min just to speak to anybody and when they finally arrive they look at you like it's not a big deal. Also a lot of workers here have a attitude problem.
Never have an issue dropping off here. They do not have supplies, so this is only a drop off site. You have must have your label and box beforehand.
Sending Fedex packages here is a breeze. I’m in and out within 2 minutes every time. Please note that they close at 9 though not 10! For some reason Google keeps rejecting my suggested edit for the incorrect hours. The correct hours are 8 AM - 9 PM everyday of the week (and most holidays if i’m not mistaken)
Only rating one star to hopefully get the attention of whoever is responsible for the listed hours. They DO NOT CLOSE AT 10. They close at 9. There’s another review mentioning this issue from a year ago, so it isn’t a new one. Needs to be updated Aside from the incorrect hours, this location is great when they’re open.
