The staff was very helpful and kind all while being extremely busy
I came in with my husband to drop off 6 packages. This was not our first time using this location. On previous visits, employees clearly told us that the limit was 5 packages per person This time, however, the store manager informed us that she would only accept 5 packages from both of us combined. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation or trying to help, she was dismissive and rude.
