Fedex on site here is indeed 24/7, I just used it. You just need to go to the front desk to ask for help, as the sign says
The Tustin location on Newport Avenue is NOT a 24hr location as noted online! Drove there after 6pm on a Saturday to find doors locked & different hours posted on the door. Otherwise, they would be 5 star...!
