Real quality service here. You drop off my package in a public area with no call or notification that your driver was too lazy to bother walking it to the door. I'll make sure I stop doing business with every company that only has this garbage quality "delivery" service as the shipping option. Just drop it right in a walkway, unbelievable.
I'm disabled and I always say put at my front door. Because I have steps they put my packages by my garage. Unless someone is here, I can't bring them upstairs. Please advise drivers to bring them upstairs.
