My package has been on the truck for delivery for the past 2 days and today the update says customer not available or business is closed which is a lie because I've been home all day and I'm not a business, I already know what's gonna happen when I see it's coming from this location not the first time this has happened
Only one employee working, she was rude and condescending. Scanner wasn't working and took inordinately long time to process the prepaid label. I've shipped a lot of packages via UPS and their scanners work perfectly every time. This just adds to the seriously poor reputation that FedEx has.
Called 8 times to report driver left package in rd. No call back
