I needed to send a very old Christmas decorative item from Minnesota to Seattle. I was afraid it wouldn't survive the trip. FEDEX is close to my apartment so I went there. They packaged my item. I was so worried about it arriving intact in Seattle at my daughter's house. They packed it carefully for me and assisted with insuring it. It arrived safely and in good shape.
