Seemingly no one works at the FedEx "area" on Sunday. Stood there for 15 minutes and one or two employees (didn't know until they beeped into the door next to Photo/FedEx) walked by not saying anything and never came out to help. Horrible service
I was very frustrated today when using this location's interactive voice response, which seems to be the only option available when calling their number. The IVR didn't have enough options available to manage my delivery, was really slow to interact with since it didn't understand my voice and didn't have fallback touch tone options for the menu items.
