Don't care for fedex
I have never been to a FedEx, USPS, or UPS that was so polite and helpful. I had a couple of things to post and some of the prepaid arrangements for one of them was a bit confusing to me. Also, I walked in knowing the other item was not straightforward. Despite the fact that they were busy, the woman focused on what was need to complete my transactions and worked with me to make them happen. As far as possible from the usual "we don't want customers we have needs" vibe that you get at these places.
