I'd give it less if I could. Don't specify a 2hr delivery window if the delivery driver is incapable of delivering the package within that amount of time. I was informed my package was on the way at 9:04am. At 9:06am it was reported as being "out for delivery" and estimated to arrive between 10:50am and 12:50pm. The one thing we are incapable of getting back in life is our time (hence why we are paid per hour to produce labor for companies, unless college has misguided me). Delivery was supposed to be to be a two day delivery. Then it got delayed 4 days. Then I had a delivery driver pull up to my gate at the time frame I suppose to receive my delivery. I went out to open my gate to help unload as I ordered 4 tires and knew it would be a hassle. As soon as I opened my gate the driver took off without saying a word or leaving a notice of any kind. Now I’m being told my delivery is delayed even longer and I may not get it for at least 2 more days which means I will have waited for at least 9 days.... read more
