Dropped off a package at the on-site fedex and it sat there for 9 days. We only found out it was never picked up by fedex because my customer messaged me asking when it was going to be delivered. After an hour on the phone with fedex they told us to go check the location and sure enough it had sat there all those days and only then did the employee say “oh yeah fedex never comes to pick up the packages” WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF!!
