Had shipment that the wrong product was shipped to me. The supplier sent me a puffball of the shipping label which they do not have the ability to print out. The guy working there was able to assist with taking a screen shot of the puffball file on my phone and we were able to print a photo of it a affix it for shipping.
Horrible company. They cannot track your package no matter what you just have to sit and wait.
