They don’t have FedEx envelopes to ship out a letter. They told me I need to buy a regular envelope.
Had me waiting at the counter for 25 min. Never helped me. Told me they'd help me twice and did countless other things. Complete waste of my time. Never going back here again. They've always had their fair share of unfriendly employees, but they've gone downhill.
