I was greeted by 2 friendly employees as I walked in which made me gravitate that way. I had a prepaid envelope to drop off & there is a self-serve way to do that. One of the employees came out from behind the counter & took care of it for me. It's refreshing to get such great service. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Easy drop-off process. Only issue is that if you park at back entrance it can be difficult to get out of your parking place due to Starbucks traffic
