The artificial intelligence being used by FedEx in place of a human operator is so mind numbingly insane! No wonder the term ‘Going postal’ Refers to people who were acting insane. Perhaps the term should be ‘going FedEx’. If you can’t afford operators here in America, at least you could sub the workout to human operators in a third World country, and it would certainly be better than the AI FedEx is currently using. I will gladly pay double to use UPS over FedEx.
Returned an Amazon order. Was able to get in and out in about a minutes time. Great service.
