This was the worst service I have ever received. How is this even a location when the workers are trying to get you to leave

I don't know if it was this FedEx office but I just received my package and the guy just dropped it on the ground I heard the drop through the house and it's a gearbox for my truck black guy with dreads by the time I opened the door he was getting in the truck so I couldn't say anything to him like he didn't want to do his job
