Why doesn't Fedex return to the metal box outside the business? The box contains shipping supplies and is accessible 24 hours a day. It is private - no one sees or handles the contents. Dealing with employees of the business can be a disaster for the Fedex customer. Decision makers at FedEx need a strong series of kicks in the posterior for this effort. What a bunch of buffoons.
