I do not know how how any of the FedEx places have a five-star review they don't have a way to actually talk to a human being they're ai is so unadvanced that they can't even transfer you to a customer service representative whenever you ask for it they hang up on you just so they don't have to talk to you and I've been waiting for one itty bitty little item for a week one item for a week how does that make any sense and you have a five-star review.
